I'm a Celeb Ashley Roberts claims she was banned from speaking in the Pussycat Dolls

'Only Nicole Scherzinger was allowed to talk!' Ashley Roberts claims she was banned from speaking in the Pussycat Dolls

Nicole Scherzinger was always the frontwoman of The Pussycat Dolls, garnering the lead vocals and the most press attention.
However, Ashley Roberts admitted that during her time with the girl group, all the bandmembers were essentially were banned from speaking, with only Nicole allowed to speak on their behalf.
After reaching the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! final on Thursday, David Haye congratulated Ashley for making such an impression on viewers for a non-UK star.

The American singer/dancer admitted she was surprised herself because she didn't think she was known as an individual during her five years in the group.
She said in Thursday's episode: 'Even in the group I wasn’t allowed to talk, we were told to be quiet.
'Only Nicole was allowed to talk, we would occasionally pitch in.'
A shocked Charlie Brooks responded: 'Only Nicole was allowed to talk? Why did they say that then? Did that not drive you nuts?'
Ashley replied: 'Are you serious? Why do you think the band broke up? U2 are still together and they split everything down the middle.'

When David asked if money was divided equally between the Pussycat Dolls, Ashley answered: 'No.'
The Pussycat Dolls -  a pop version of a successful burlesque act of the same name - launched onto the music scene in 2005 with their debut single Don't Cha, which was a worldwide hit.
Originally created as a six piece, the oldest bandmember Carmit Bachar quit in March 2008 to focus on her solo career.
However, by early 2009 the group had parted ways after their last few singles were billed 'The Pussycat Dolls featuring Nicole Scherzinger'.

In a recent interview, Nicole claimed she had '95 per cent' of the vocals on the Pussycat Dolls albums.
She told VH1's Behind The Music: 'I love those girls, they're like my sisters, but people don't even know the story. They have no idea. I was in the centre because I was singing. I was the one singing.
'I never really talked about it, but I'll never forget I finished the album PCD and [producer] Ron [Fair] and I brought the girls into the studio and we played it for them, and it was the first time they'd ever heard the music.
'Do you understand what I'm saying? We played the album for the Pussycat Dolls. It was the first time they'd ever heard the songs.'

David Haye joins remaining I'm A Celeb campmates in joint Cyclone trial

It's... Super David! Haye puts his pants on for once as he joins remaining I'm A Celeb campmates in joint Cyclone trial as they're lashed with water

Thanks to his time in the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle, David Haye has built himself up as quite the favourite.
And now thanks to his latest task in the jungle, the boxer has even dressed up in his own super hero gear.
David, who has frequently bared his derriere for the cameras during many jungle showers, put on some pants for once, as well as a cape as the remaining four were told to take part in 'Celebrity Cyclone'.
The camp's own Superman: David Haye dressed up in pants and a cape along with his I'm a Celebrity pals for a joint Cyclone challenge

With only four celebrities left in camp, Eric Bristow informed the camp that they were all taking part in the Trial.
Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts said: 'This is going to be interesting. No matter what, if it's sticky, gooey, with creepy crawlies, at least we’re all there together.'
Actress Charlie Brooks, meanwhile, told the camp mates that she thought it would be a fun Trial, but none of them were convinced.
Ready for it: David volunteered to go last as they were told the rules of the testing task, which saw water gushing towards them more rapidly

Eric complained before he was voted out: 'We deserve a fun one instead of being in goo all the time.'
He then added: 'Maybe they will give us lunch.'
As they headed to the Trial, Eric commented that it was important for them to win the stars, he said: 'We’ve only got a little bit of rice left, not enough for two people, so we’ve got to well today. Whatever is in front of us we’ve got to do it.'
Keeping hold: Eric Bristow went first and had to keep hold of all four stars before passing them on to place two - held by Charlie Brooks

David, admitted that he was looking forward to the Trial and was confident they would do well, saying: 'I love a Trial, I love a challenge. I’m here to test myself see how much fun I can actually have and so far its been amazing. Hopefully today’s Trial going to be a toughy, but I believe we’re going to get some serious stars.'
The celebrities arrived at the Trial dressed in coloured pants and capes ready to take on Celebrity Cyclone.
The celebrities were told the rules to the Trial by hosts Ant & Dec, who said they had to battle elements as they tried to get the stars onto the markers positioned on the course.

The first person had to take all four stars to the first marker, while the second person had to make their way to the first person, take three stars and move to the second marker on the course. The stars had to be on all four markers to win the meals for camp.
They had ten minutes to complete the Trial and they could decide who went in what order.
David immediately said he would go last, which prompted Charlie to joke: 'I was thinking Eric.'
She then suggested the order should be, Eric, herself, Ashley and then David, which the others agreed.
As the water began to shoot down the course, Eric took the four stars and made his way to the first marker. As he crawled on his hands and knees, the darts champion repeatedly slipped but eventually made it to the marker where his tactic was to lay on the stars.

Charlie was next up and got a good start, quickly reaching Eric, but was knocked off balance by the balls fired from the cannons.
She took the stars from Eric but quickly lost one and had to head back to the beginning and retrieve it but finally made it to the marker. Next up was Ashley who managed to hold her balance and quickly get to Charlie who was positioned at the second marker.
However, as the water intensified and with balls being fired in her direction she lost her footing and valuable seconds. She finally retrieved the stars from Charlie and successfully made it to her marker.
Holding on for dear life: They were all ecstatic to find out they'd won themselves four complete dinners for that night, which became Eric's last night in the jungle

Finally it was the turn of David Haye who decided to sprint to Ashley to collect the final star.
Unbeknown to him a blast of water and balls headed their way, knocking David over and pushing  Ashley and Charlie off of their markers.  Eric’s technique of hugging his star, clearly worked as he did not move. The three celebrities then raced back to their markers covering them with their stars.
Having successfully completed the Trial and winning four meals, the celebrities embraced in a group hug.
After the Trial, David talked through his technique and said: 'With the amount of water coming down, I thought run as fast as I can and use the momentum but when the big wave came down.'
Of course he did: David was triumphant once more after battling the elements once again

Charlie then joked: 'I saw him out of the corner of my eye he was like superman running up the course.'
The celebrities were told that they completed the Trial in just over six minutes.
Afterwards the jubilant celebrities then headed back to camp after winning four stars.
A content Ashley said: 'That was the most fun thing I have done, maybe in my whole life.'

Whilst Charlie added: 'I never expected it to be so difficult. Holding onto the star was virtually impossible.'
Clearly thrilled they won the all the stars, Eric said: 'Brilliant four stars, we need something to eat we’re hungry.'
Proud of their performance in the Trial David commented: 'Everyone promised themselves that they were going to give 100 per cent and that’s exactly what happened. All of us go back with four stars we should be eating well hopefully. I’m buzzing.'
After they won four stars in the Trial the celebrities received, Crocodile Tail Fillets, Crystal Apple Cucumbers, Silverbeet, Capsicum Annuum, Bell Peppers and Thai Mangoes for dessert.

Eric Bristow misses out on the I'm A Celebrity final as he's voted out of the jungle

That's one prediction he didn't want to get right: Eric Bristow misses out on the I'm A Celebrity final as he's voted out of the jungle

He managed to guess correctly who would be voted out of the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! jungle each day.
But Eric Bristow was left eating his own words when he correctly predicted he would be the next for the chop on Thursday night's show.
The legendary darts player has now been evicted from the programme, meaning he just misses out on the final.
Latest I'm A Celeb casualty: Darts legend Eric Bristow has become the latest star to be evicted form the jungle, narrowly missing out on the final

And the sports man was happy to admit he was gutted to have got so close to the final day.
The controversial star became the latest casualty by being evicted from the show on Thursday night.
Eric was placed in the bottom two alongside EastEnders actress Charlie Brooks when Ant and Dec came to tell them their fates.
But he was inevitably told it would be him who would be walking across the bridge a day before the king or queen is announced.

Walk of pride: Eric admitted he would have liked to have been in the final but didn't seem too disheartened

Bristow told Ant and Dec after he'd said his goodbyes to Charlie Brooks, David Haye and Ashley Roberts: 'It's great I'm out... but I would have liked to make the last three.'
But he then reflected on it and added: 'I think it's right the three young'uns are there, it's worked out well.'
And it was certainly a busy last day for Eric in the camp.
He was partnered up with Pussycat Doll Ashley after they were selected for the Dingo Dollar Challenge which saw the pair messing about in a huge pile of straw that hid keys and a few little chocolates scattered around.
The keys would open boxes that contained chocolates and dollars and they had to make $100 in order to shop at the Outback Shack.
Who's it going to be? he was placed in the bottom two alongside EastEnders actress Charlie Brooks

Saying his goodbyes: Every day thi week Eric has correctly predicted who would be next to be evicted off the show, and had said he thought he would be next

A cheeky Ashley said: 'I don’t go jumping in haystacks that often so this is going to be ‘popping my cherry’ in that department but I’m super stoked to see how it goes.'
They worked either side of the huge straw bales and found the keys - Ashley opened the boxes finding a few dollars at a time and then some chocolate treats which Eric let her eat .
Eric started singing the Wurzels hit ‘Combine Harvester’ which Ashley said she didn’t recognise as it was before her time.

After the challenge Eric said: 'I spent the afternoon in the hay bales with good looking Ashley.'
She cheekily added afterwards: 'Eric and I did roll in that hay and we got dirty and messy.'
Having won the Dingo Dollar Challenge, Eric and Ashley headed to the Outback Shack, where the treats that were on offer were baked beans and corned beef.
When Ashley said she didn’t know what corned beef was, Eric’s explanation seemed to confuse her more and she said: 'I’m nervous about meat coming in a can.'
Standing proud: He admitted several days ago that he he had places a £20,00 bet on himself getting to the final six

But Eric said: 'We have enough beans. The others will be happy with this,' and opted for the corned beef.
Eric later added: 'She didn’t know what corned beef was, an American girl and fitness fanatic, she doesn't eat all this rubbish that we eat.'
Back in camp, David answered the phone and read the question to Charlie which was,‘once out of the jungle which of these did Helen have first, a spray tan or a blow dry?’
Getting involved: He'd had a busy last day in the jungle as he announced to his camp mates they all had to take part in a joint challenge together

Bemused, David said: 'She would have had a spray tan and then came back and done her make up and got her hair done.'
Charlie agreed and they opted for the first answer, a spray tan.
However, when Ashley and Eric unveiled their treat, Charlie clearly disappointed, admitted that she would have preferred the baked beans.

Later Charlie said: 'Baked beans in the tomato based sauce and all that salt and sugar would have out-weighed a can of meat that smells and looked like dog’s food.'
Charlie asked Eric if he eats corned beef and the darts ace replied: 'I’ve got a couple of tins in the cupboard that have been in there for years. It’s alright for a snack.'
Still perplexed by the notion of corned beef Ashley asked her camp mates: 'Why is it ok to be served like that, how can it just sit on a shelf forever in a can?'
As David and Eric munched on their lunch time snack, Ashley and Charlie clearly didn't enjoy the meal.
After just a few mouthfuls Ashley decided she couldn't eat it and headed off for a shower.
The dancer later said: 'Corned beef is disgusting! I don’t even know what is in there, what it's made of? It can’t be meat. It's salty, it's chewy, it smells like dog food. I don’t even know if I could serve my dog that.'

I'm a Celebrity's Ashley and Charlie take advantage of the tropical rain by having a bath in the jungle pool

Things are getting stormy: The girls take advantage of the tropical rain by having a bath in the jungle pool... but Eric Bristow STILL complains it's ruined his day

It's been part of the highlights on this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! seeing the ladies taking a dip in the jungle pool.
And while most fans and camp mates alike have been more than happy to see the likes of evicted star Helen Flanagan and Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts bathe in their swimwear, it's not doing anything to help Eric Bristow's mood.
The former darts player's mood dropped even lower on Wednesday when a tropical storm hit the camp.
    Scroll down for video

Although it just added excitement for the girls, who used the opportunity to frolic around in the rain.

Dancer Ashley Roberts wasted no time in climbing into the pool in just her black string bikini ready to wash herself and give herself a big soak.
She could be seen rinsing her hair and displaying her enviable physique for all to see.
More water: The girls seemed to enjoy the rain as they took a dip in the downpour, unlike the complaining boys

And it wasn't long before her only girl pal left in camp, Charlie Brooks, joined the performer by her side.
Although she went for the sensible option of wearing an all-in-one swimsuit rather than a tiny bikini.
The girls could be seen giggling as the rain drops came down harder.
But it did nothing but cause more moans for Eric as he complained over the state of the camp thanks to the bad weather.
He moaned: 'It’s wet my spare logs.... That's messed the day up.'
As you do: The two remaining female camp mates bonded in the water as they insisted on still bathing

And boxer David Haye also concentrated on the bad things as opposed to enjoying it like the girls seemed to be.
David added; 'It’ll bring out the mosquitoes. Big spiders. Frogs all over the place.'
And he was clearly in a pondering mood as talk soon turned to the next impending eviction.
Girlie giggles: They seemed to be having dun as they first stepped in the water with large rain drops falling on their heads

Ignoring it: Ashley continued to wash her hair despite getting drenched

Conversation once again turned to the vote off with Charlie and Eric speculating who they thought would be next to leave the jungle.
Eric went through each person, but admitted that it was anyone’s game.
'It's me and you baby,' said Charlie to Eric as they found themselves alone by the campfire... 'Tomorrow’s going to be the toughest one yet.'
Bonding: Charlie and Ashley have spent increasing amounts of time together since Helene Flanagan left the jungle on Tuesday

'I’m quite pleased the last two that went,' said Eric. 'That was quite good for me. Helen and Rosemary. They both done my head in.'
Charlie added: 'They didn’t do my head in but they do start to grate a little.'
Eric predicted that he thought there would be a surprise vote off next: 'There’ll be a big twist tomorrow.'
That won't cheer him up: Eric Bristow moans about the weather ruining his day and getting his spare logs wet instead of getting into it like the girls

And Charlie seemed to be along the right lines as she correctly guessed: 'Maybe Hugo.'
'Or David,' said Eric. 'I don’t think it’ll be David. I think he’ll win.'
Eric continued: 'On the cards, he’s favourite. But there’s not millions of boxing fans. It’s not a big sport really, boxing.'
Charlie said: 'I don’t think he’ll go anywhere. Either me or Hugo.'
Having his own shower: Boxer David Haye skipped on swimming in the pool with the rain but did stand under the waterfall instead

'Or me. I’m up for it and all. I’m plodding along. I could have gone out at eight. I’m in the last five now.'
Moving onto Ashley, Eric said: 'You see, she might go because it’s a British show but you see how many followers the Pussycats have or whatever.
'Not all the audience are youngsters are they. All the middle aged ones won’t even know who she is. She could fly out tomorrow.'

    But he added: 'It’s anybody’s. Seriously, it’s anybody’s.'

Pleased to see each other are we? Hugo Taylor is evicted from the I'm A Celebrity jungle as he's reunited with a passionate kiss from MIC girlfriend Natalie Joel

Made In Chelsea's Hugo Taylor has become the latest star to be evicted from the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.
But he was treated to a rather pleasant welcome to ease his pain at missing out on the final.
The reality TV star admitted he had wanted to stay in the camp after hearing his name called out by Ant and Dec - but he'll find solace in the fact he's now back in the arms of his girlfriend Natalie Joel.

The Made In Chelsea co-star was there waiting for him at the end of the bridge as he made his way over following his evictee interview.
And to make up for lost time after three weeks stuck in the jungle, the pair embraced for a long passionate kiss in full view of all the waiting cameras.
Hugo had been placed in the bottom two along with boxer David Haye as they awaited the name of the latest celebrity to leave the show.

He looked upset as he waved goodbye to the remaining four - Eric Bristow, Ashley Roberts, Charlie Brooks and David Haye.
And despite obviously hating life in the jungle when he first arrived, Taylor admitted to Ant and Dec afterwards that he had actually wanted to stay until the end.
He told them: 'It's so weird, I've been on the fence wanting to go and stay... Now I'm out I want to stay.'

And Hugo admitted that he had gone out on a high as he had enjoyed being in the camp with the four that were remaining, describing them as the 'nicest people in the world'.
He also spoke out about one particular unlikely friendship he had made in the jungle - with former professional darts player Eric Bristow.
